TITLE:  Groundskeeper/Custodial - Big Park Campus (primarily)

REPORTS TO :      Director of Operations and Principals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep grounds (including sidewalks, driveways, athletic fields and play areas) neat and clean at all times.  Empty trash in public areas.

Perform such yard-keeping chores as grass cutting, tree trimming and weed pulling and spraying to maintain the school grounds in a safe and attractive condition.

Maintain equipment and supplies.

Comply with local laws and procedures for the storage and disposal of trash, rubbish, and waste as well as the application of pesticides and chemical treatments.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
