What You'll DoAs the School Secretary, you'll help keep our front office organized and welcoming by:
Greeting students, families, and visitors
Answering phones and assisting with questions
Supporting school administrators and staff
Maintaining student attendance and records
Processing paperwork, forms, and reports
Collecting student fees and maintaining accurate records
Keeping the office organized and running efficiently
What We're Looking For
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Comfortable using computers and standard office software
High school diploma or GED required
Previous office or school experience preferred (but not required)
